The human moral character could be measured – among other things – by the depth of one’s religiousness. It’s hard to live in modern society, and not be religious. Either that or to be of “poor moral character”, like me.
We, children born and raised in so-called Socialist systems, don’t feel at ease when we have to utter new religious greetings, like “Marry Christmas”, “Happy Easter”, etc. If feel like cursing, against your upbringing.
