In capitalism, there’s no safety net for anyone. We’re living like animals: always looking for the next meal, watching out not to be eaten. And we pride ourselves on being human.
As someone who has lived in both, I’d say that socialism and capitalism are the same. They’re both class systems and ideologies designed to subdue/exploit the masses. The means of doing that are slightly different, but it’s just a cosmetic difference.
The working class in capitalism has no pride. We’re all conditioned to think it’s always our fault, even when it isn’t. It’s also a corrupt system against individuals. We stand no chance.
