Invest in your ability to adjust.

After the hype wanes and the dust settles… It’s too late.

You won’t get anything if you don’t ask for it.

Maintenance is the key. Things last as long as they are maintained.

Trying to appease others never worked, in the long run.

Continuing on the wrong path may be easier than starting over.

Instead of constantly judging each other, we should try trusting.

Be gentle to yourself, since nobody else will.

None of us won’t be around for much longer, and I’m going to worry about a few extra pounds?
