Bravery is to say something that we aren’t sure about. Stupidity, however, is to say anything altogether, if not specifically asked.

Cards

When you start using credit instead of a debit card for buying groceries, you’d better find an additional source of income, fast.

Wise

Keeping your mouth shut and pretending to be thinking: that is how you become wise.

Counting

Humans would be better off if they stopped counting years.

Shortcomings

To be aware of your own shortcomings, give a person tremendous advantage over his enemies: they cannot surprise you.

Vulture

To be a vulture must be tremendously painful, but, you have to make a living. Also, some people have natural predispositions for it. In any case, it is better to be a vulture than a carrion.

Personality

To have a large personality is to be naive.

Strategy

Always show up 15 minutes late, and leave 15 minutes early. That way you won’t be given any additional duties.

Lottery

“Lottery is fool’s tax” used to say my old uncle, who was playing it all his life. Sometimes we aren’t aware of our own contradictions.
