There are so many sciences that don’t have a real purpose. They are invented mostly to satisfy the egos of people that were involved. Here is a new one: alibabology, the subject being the life and accomplishments of Ali Baba. But, I’m not sure if there isn’t such a scientific discipline already.
L.A.Feuerbach said that we are what we eat. G.W.F.Hegel said that we are what we think. I, however, say that we are all mortal. You decide who’s most correct here.
Entire science is based upon several consensuses: in the past, some people sat together and made agreements: 1+1=2, there are 10 digits; these are letters, these numbers, etc. And then we call it objective.
